This golden chili crisp is warm weather in a jar.
Our 2024 Main Squeeze recipe features hot aji guyano peppers from Tookey Farms, lemon drop peppers from Longer Table Farms, and juicy Meyer lemons sourced from our friends in Sonoma County. We’ve added Southeast Asian aromatics like galangal and lemongrass, making it a perfect accompaniment to grilled meats, papaya salads, spring rolls, and vermicelli bowls (bun). It's also just as good as our other sauces on your morning eggs or avocado toast.
Ingredients: olive oil, sesame seeds, shallots, chiles (aji guyano, lemon drop, aji amarillo), garlic, Meyer lemons, sugar, lemongrass, salt, ginger, galangal, white pepper, fennel seeds, citric acid.
Heat level: Hot. Not as XXL hot as our Dragon's Booty chili crisp, but is still pretty fiery. Hotter than last year's recipe!
This product is shelf stable and there is no need to refrigerate after opening. Best enjoyed within a year after opening.
This is a seasonal product with limited supply. Once it is sold out, it's gone until next season! But there's good news: if you want to get a share of future extra small batches delivered to you before they're available online, you can! Check out membership options here.

I had never had chili crisp prior to buying from Big Spoon Sauce and now I worry that I've started at such a high level that I'll never find something else that compares! The Main Squeeze flavor was especially delicious, juicy, and vibrant. I loved it on some rice along with my Hainanese chicken! It was also really good on some crispy broccoli and zucchini!
This is my new favorite crisp from Big Spoon. Light and fresh with all the flavor you need for the entire day.
Thanks for my lovely selection. Am sharing with those I love.. and we love you~ keep it rolling~
Perfect springtime condiment! Goes with every spring vegetable.
Lovely owners who work hard to bring us their delicious sauces, and the seasonal ones they create are always worth the wait. This sauce is so danged good I'm tempted to put it on just about everything. It especially elevates the scallion pancakes and the various Asian dumplings I love.
Have I been known to have a spoonful right out of the jar? Maybe . . . 🤭
