Club Big Spoon

FAQ

WHAT'S IN THE BOX?

A mix of our limited-edition seasonal jars plus our year-round bestsellers. We change up our shipments with a new recipe every three months (March, June, September, and December). 

 

When will I be charged for my subscription?

You'll be charged when you purchase your first delivery, and then automatically when each subsequent shipment is sent (every 90 days). You can adjust the delivery dates in your account if you'd like.

 

Can I customize my quarterly club shipment?

We curate all our club shipments to include an assortment that will appeal to as many of our Big Spooners as possible, so we currently do not offer substitutions. If you have an allergy, please email us before your scheduled ship date to let us know at whatup@bigspoonsauceco.com. Please note we cannot make changes to your shipment or do any returns or exchanges after the ship date.

  

What are your seasonal releases?

Several times per year, we collaborate with local farmers, many of whom we met vending at farmers markets ourselves, to create a limited run of extra special chili crisp highlighting what’s in season. These jars have sold out quickly in the past so we’re giving our Big Spooners first dibs as one of the perks of membership. The special jars in your shipment might be a past favorite that we've whipped up a fresh batch of, or something entirely new.

Two isn't enough - can I snag more of those seasonal jars in the same delivery if I'm really jonesing for it? 

Members can absolutely purchase more with their club discount if they’d like to! Look out for our email announcing the seasonal jar, and add any additional jars to your upcoming order in your customer portal. 

 

Where do I go to manage my club membership?

Click here to access the customer portal and manage your subscription. Cancelations, skips, payment methods etc. are all handled through here.

  

How long am I committed to Club Big Spoon after I sign up?

We'd love to keep members for at least one calendar year (or 4 shipments) so that they can enjoy the full spectrum of seasonal flavors available from Sonoma County, CA. That being said, we know situations change. You can cancel your membership at any time on our website.

 

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can skip a shipment whenever you'd like. Just log in to your customer portal and make the changes you need. Please note that if you cancel after a shipment has already been processed, you'll still receive and be charged for that shipment.
