Our latest seasonal chili crisp has the most delightfully aromatic olive oil infused with extra fragrant garlic chives from Radical Family Farms in Sebastopol. It's got a really satisfying heat thanks to a combo of our own jalapeños grown in Occidental and New Mexico green chiles. The foraged kombu, nori, and sesame get jiggy with the other power players (garlic, dill, cardamom, Sichuan peppercorns, ginger, fennel…. etc....) to make this a one-of-a-kind chili crisp with strong furikake vibes.
We made this sauce for seafood hounds (us) so it’ll taste good on literally anything that comes out of the ocean. But it’s still a vegan product, and will taste AH-mazing on any rice dish or honestly, just alone with a warm crusty piece of sourdough.
INGREDIENTS: Olive oil, pepitas, sesame seeds, garlic chives, shallots, garlic, jalapeños, New Mexico green chiles, brown sugar, sea salt, kombu, nori, Sichuan peppercorns, dill, ginger, spinach, cumin, white peppers, cardamom, fennel seeds, citric acid. Contains: Sesame.
