This is 'the hot one.' It’s spicy as f*ck. But the people have spoken, and they love it.

Our Dragon's Booty chili crisp is loaded with local habanero peppers for a tropical base heat and topped with a touch of Carolina Reaper and arbol chiles for a more complex burn that evolves over time. But never fear: this is a maximalist sauce brand. We'd never make a sauce with just one note. We balance the heat with local apples and a touch of bitter orange zest and give it the same crispy shallot treatment that the whole lineup gets. It smells deceivingly like pie when we're cooking this.

Try it on a fried chicken sandwich, mac & cheese, ceviche, tacos, pizza… really wherever you need a little spice in your life.

---

Absolute Perfection

This is beyond addicting for the spice lover. It has a wonderful kick AND amazing flavor (as you know, some spicy is just that, hot, without any real flavor -- this has both!!!!!) We have to assign members of the house their own jar, otherwise there can be... issues!

So delicious!

I first tasted this at a farmers market in CA and now use it on everything! My favorite is to mix a large dollop with some Kewpie mayo and slather on sandwiches. So good!!!
