This is our OG chili crisp. It all started with this saucy delight— a crispy, salty, sweet, smoky, tingly, all-purpose flavor companion to any dish.
The chili crisp goes on everything. With crunchy shallots carefully fried in small batches, a blend of four chiles, peanuts, and a blend of spices we've put through countless rounds of R&D, we are extra proud of our first child. Add some Big Spoon chili crisp to the simplest of meals, like a fried egg over rice, avocado toast, or a side of steamed veggies, and watch it become a 10 out of 10.

Ingredients: Olive oil, shallots, peanuts, chiles (guajillo, morita, ancho, arbol), pepitas, garlic, brown sugar, Sichuan peppercorns, salt, ginger, mushroom powder (porcini, shiitake), annatto, cumin, white pepper, cinnamon, star anise, fennel seed, cardamom, cloves, citric acid. CONTAINS: Peanuts.
Heat level: Medium. Enjoyable for the whole fam.
This product is shelf stable and there is no need to refrigerate after opening. Best enjoyed within a year after opening, if you can make it last that long!

This is now a standard in the house. The flavor is amazing, and everyone can handle this level of spice (obviously for the spice challenged this will be as hot as they can handle) but they love it in moderation. When we run out of Dragon's Booty, this still give us a wonderful add to our foodz.
We have to pace ourselves not to finish the large container in a week! It's perfect for everything.
Made with super high quality ingredients like extra virgin olive oil, and tastes so incredible. While there are some chili oils out on the market, none come close to Big Spoon's peanut chili crisp in taste or ingredients. I crave it when we run out!
I have to buy two big jars of this at a time because I put it on my eggs on toast every. single. morning. It's to die for and I will never buy another chili crisp
This is by far the BEST Chile Crisp on the market.
We keep ordering the large size jar so it last a little longer.
